Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS, ROI, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion funnels using Google Analytics (GA4).
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing campaigns for D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Retail, or Consumer Brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and campaign management skills.
