Join Kidbea, one of India's fastest-growing D2C kidswear brands, and play a key role in building high-impact digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS, ROI, and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion funnels using Google Analytics (GA4).
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Experience managing campaigns for D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Retail, or Consumer Brands.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and campaign management skills.
