Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and lead generation campaigns with strong analytical and ROI-focused skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, sales, ROAS, and ROI.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create remarketing and audience-targeting campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising features and best practices

Qualifications

- Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage
