We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and creative Performance Marketing Executive who's eager to master the art and science of digital advertising.
You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn, learning how to drive the right leads to the right audience and measure what truly matters. You'll work closely with content, creative, and SEO teams to turn data into decisions, insights into strategy, and clicks into customers.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn end-to-end performance marketing, from targeting strategy to creative testing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Understand different audience personas (contractors, project heads, farmers, etc.) and tailor targeting accordingly.
- Write high-performing ad copies and collaborate with the creative team to test visuals and videos.
- Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Conduct A/B tests for creatives, ad formats, and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Work with the SEO & Website Team to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
