We're looking for a Performance Marketer with 0-1 years of experience to support paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google. You'll work closely with a fast-moving agency team across multiple client accounts and get hands-on exposure to real campaigns from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and running paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Track campaign performance and basic metrics like ROAS and CPA.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences.
• Help analyze funnels and flag drop-off areas.
