Key Responsibilities
- Executing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Creating and managing campaign structures, audience targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis and implement optimisations to improve campaign efficiency and results.
- Managing advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns to maximise lead generation and return on investment.
- Conducting audience research, market analysis, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Setting up, monitor, and maintain tracking systems, including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
- Analysing campaign performance and key business metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Conducting A/B testing across audience segments to improve campaign outcomes.
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management.
- Working closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality, analyze trends, and optimise campaigns to drive high-intent leads and improve overall acquisition.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals, campaign objectives, and growth targets.
- Identifying campaign bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to improve lead volume, lead quality, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Staying updated with platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices in performance marketing.
- Supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through data-driven initiatives.
