Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads and can independently manage and optimize advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing.
• Create and test different ad campaigns to improve sales and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce ad costs and improve conversions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of ROAS, conversion tracking, pixels, audiences, and retargeting.
• Should be comfortable working with numbers and campaign analytics.
• E-commerce/performance marketing experience will be an advantage.
• Must be able to manage campaigns independently.

Compensation

3,00,000 per annum in-hand
