About The Role
We are hiring smart, enthusiastic, and career-driven freshers who are excited to build their career in the
digital advertising / adtech industry.
You will get the opportunity to work across
Performance Marketing,
Supply Operations, and
Influencer Marketing, depending on the business requirement and your interest/skill fit.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Training will be provided):
- Assist in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Supply Operations
- Support publisher onboarding and day-to-day communication.
- Track performance metrics and ensure smooth supply flow.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation.
Influencer Marketing
- Source influencers and maintain communication with creators.
- Assist in campaign coordination, briefs, and deliverables.
- Track campaign performance and maintain records.
What We're Looking For
Smart, quick learner with strong analytical thinking.
Enthusiastic about digital marketing and performance advertising.
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Good understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets (basics).
Ability to join
immediately.
Comfortable working from our Gurgaon office.
