About Us
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns across digital platforms and in multiple niche. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research for campaign planning
- Create campaign reports and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for high-converting ad creatives and copies
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Track and maintain lead funnels and conversion performance
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital advertising practices
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies
Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or conversion tracking tools is preferred
Nice to Have- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and automation tools
- Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives and lead campaigns
