Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google, along with a strong foundation in SEO.

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our paid and organic digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams and report directly to the marketing head.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across all objectives
• Set up and optimise Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and link-building activities
• Monitor daily ad performance and optimise for ROAS, CPL, and CTR
• Set up and manage tracking via GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with the content and design teams for creatives and SEO content

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of SEO — on-page, off-page, and technical
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Search Console
• Working knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent SEO tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with D2C or e-commerce brands
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
• Agency background is an advantage
