Job Title:Performance Marketing Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Raja Park, Jaipur

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per Month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.

You will work closely with our design, content, and development teams to drive business growth through data-backed marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure marketing budgets are utilized effectively to maximize results.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Search Console.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
• Knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting techniques.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other Digital Marketing Certifications.
• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Company.
• Basic understanding of SEO and Landing Page Optimization.
