Role Description

We're looking for a performance marketer who has hands-on experience scaling app installs and knows how to drive efficient acquisition across paid channels.

Your core mandate: drive high-quality app downloads at optimal CAC.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

What you'll do

  • Plan, execute, and scale app install campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (UAC / App Campaigns) and LinkedIn (for high-intent cohorts)
  • Optimize campaigns for installs, CAC, and downstream conversion (KYC, investment)
  • Continuously improve funnel metrics: CTR → CPI → activation → conversion
  • Run rapid experiments across Creatives (static, video, hooks), Audience targeting & cohorts, App store & landing page journeys
  • Work closely with product to improve app onboarding and conversion flows
  • Monitor attribution and performance using tools like AppsFlyer / Firebase / GA
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities and channels

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on app installs
  • Proven experience running campaigns on Meta, Google App Campaigns, and/or LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, CPI, CAC, and LTV
  • Experience optimizing for post-install events (not just installs)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics
  • Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and iterate based on data

Preferred Background

  • Experience in fintech / investment / trading apps
  • Understanding of user behavior in financial products (KYC, trust, drop-offs)
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
