Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Performance / Digital Marketing Executive who understands online marketing and enjoys working on campaigns, content, and digital growth. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising, SEO, and social media, along with the ability to analyze performance and suggest improvements.

• Plan, run, and monitor advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Work on SEO activities to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Manage and support social media marketing activities across relevant platforms.
• Create and edit basic images and videos for digital campaigns and social media posts.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify marketing opportunities.
• Support lead generation activities and work towards improving campaign performance.
• Coordinate marketing activities to maintain consistency across digital platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
• Basic image and video editing skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to take initiative and learn new marketing techniques.

Salary Offered: Up to 30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
