they are with experimentation. Someone who understands that strong performance comes

from sharp insights, disciplined testing, and close collaboration with creative teams.

You'll manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, continuously

optimising for efficiency, relevance, and long-term growth.

This role is for someone who:

• Thinks in funnels, metrics, and outcomes
• Enjoys testing creatives, audiences, and hypotheses
• Understands D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce ecosystems
• Can translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
