Job Description

  • Drive performance marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and similar platforms.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns to meet KPI benchmarks (ACOS, CTR, impressions, etc.).
  • Execute and manage Amazon AMS, DSP, and other CPM-based campaigns.
  • Own merchandising levers on eGrocery and Quick Commerce platforms to improve ROI.
  • Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders (brand, customer, KAMs) for campaign alignment.
  • Manage agency performance, commercials, and SOW for result-driven execution.
  • Monitor campaign health and input KPIs, delivering continuous improvements from performance data.
  • Track platform competition and report insights.
  • Integrate off-platform digital campaigns to support eCom funnel performance.

Requirements -

  • Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing in an agency or brand-side role.
  • Hands-on knowledge ofAmazon AMS, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto ad platformsis essential.
  • Experience working with creative teams for content delivery and campaign timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs and budget reports.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce marketplace operations and campaign tools.
