Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, LTV).
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
E-commerce Marketplace Management
- Oversee ad campaigns, listings, and promotions on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Work with catalog and content teams to ensure high-quality listings and SEO optimization.
- Monitor pricing, inventory, and visibility to maximize conversions.
Branding & Growth Development
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create performance-driven creatives and brand assets.
- Develop brand growth strategies that align with marketing and business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
Website Optimization
- Coordinate with development teams to improve D2C site UX/UI, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor user journeys via tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Clarity to identify friction points.
- Implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in digital performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling Meta & Google ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and tools (Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Experience in branding and creative briefing.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar.
- Working knowledge of website optimization principles and CMS tools (Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
