The role:
You'll execute high-velocity performance marketing strategies across Meta and Google. Work directly with our founder and senior performance marketer to scale campaigns across a massive product catalog.
Real scope: Think and execute 100+ ad creatives weekly. Scroll, test, and optimize across thousands of SKUs in sneakers, streetwear, watches, beauty, collectibles, and more. Work with social and product teams to turn insights into live campaigns.
Who we're looking for:
- Media Buying with some relevant past experience
- Embrace AI and leverage it to learn faster
- Strong on creative execution — ad copy, audience testing, bidding strategy
- Comfortable with high velocity and inventory depth (product catalog is WIDE)
- Meta & Google fluent
- Can think in campaigns, not just single ads
- Growth mindset — comfortable learning on the job
