Role Description The Performance Marketing - Course Instructor role at Tutedude is a part-time, remote position focused on teaching learners the fundamentals and advanced concepts of performance marketing.

You will design and deliver structured course content, including recorded video lessons and practical assignments, to help learners understand channels such as search, social media, and display advertising.

You will collaborate with the internal team to refine curriculum based on industry trends, and may participate in creating case studies, quizzes, and capstone projects. The role also involves staying current with performance marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to keep course content relevant and actionable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex marketing concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of experience.
  • Hands-on Performance Marketing experience across channels such as search, social media ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
  • Training and Instruction skills, including prior experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops in marketing or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Sales funnels, including audience targeting, ad optimization, and conversion-focused campaign design.
  • Comfort working remotely, managing schedules independently, and using online tools for content delivery and learner interaction.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad managers) and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in edtech, coaching, or curriculum development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
