Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & B2B SaaS Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for haeywa.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing and a strong interest in B2B SaaS sales. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns, engaging with prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve key marketing metrics such as CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on marketing investments.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Implement retargeting, email nurturing, and lead engagement campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Support the management of haeywa's social media presence with a focus on engaging business decision-makers.
B2B SaaS Sales
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their business requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with finance heads, CXOs, HR leaders, and administration teams.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM.
  • Work closely with leadership to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Market Research & Business Growth
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within fintech and SaaS.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve positioning and messaging.
  • Identify partnership and business development opportunities that support growth objectives.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, payments, expense management, or SaaS products.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
