About the Role We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for the TTMK (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) markets. You will own campaign execution across paid channels and work closely with content, analytics, and product teams to scale high-quality users efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and other performance channels - Drive user acquisition, activation, and subscription growth for TTMK markets - Monitor and optimize key metrics: CAC, CPI, ROAS, Retention, LTV - Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and funnels to improve performance - Collaborate with creative teams to build high-converting ad creatives tailored for regional audiences - Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, GA4, or internal dashboards - Identify growth opportunities specific to regional user behavior and content consumption trends - Manage budgets efficiently and ensure scaling within target CPA Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing - Strong understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads ecosystems - Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada) — mandatory - Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards - Experience in app marketing / subscription products is a strong plus - Familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) is preferred - Ability to think both creatively and analytically Good to Have - Experience working in regional markets (TTMK) - Exposure to content-driven platforms (video/OTT) - Basic understanding of SQL / data analysis - Experience in creative strategy or copywriting in regional languages What You'll Get - Opportunity to work on high-scale growth problems in regional markets - Ownership of campaigns with direct impact on revenue - Fast-paced environment with learning across product, content, and analytics - Collaborative and experiment-driven culture
