You will spend most of your time on:
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, ASA, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates, ensuring campaigns meet growth and efficiency targets.
Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the founderled marketing team to align campaigns with overall strategy and business goals.
Oversee marketing creatives (ads, visuals, copy, playables) to ensure they are engaging and effective—creativity is a plus.
Run A/B tests and experiment with new campaign ideas to continuously improve performance.
Prepare concise reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and learnings to senior management.
What we want to see in your experience:
2+ years of experience in Performance marketing (must)
Proven success in managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong analytical skills to track ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other performance metrics.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Experience collaborating within a founderled marketing function.
Creativity in overseeing marketing creatives.
