About the role

You'll be hands-on with NapChief's paid acquisition efforts — running and optimizing campaigns across channels, tracking what's working, and helping drive new customer acquisition and return on ad spend. You'll work closely with the founders, learning the ropes of owning paid growth while executing day-to-day campaign, data, and creative decisions. This is a great seat for someone who wants real ownership early in their career, not just a campaign-execution role under heavy oversight.

What you'll do

Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Track and analyze campaign & sales data (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) to guide spend decisions
Review ad creative performance and share insights with the design team on what's working
Test new targeting, audiences, and creative formats to improve results
Work closely with founders on marketing priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on setup

What we're looking for

1–2 years of experience in performance/digital marketing (agency or D2C brand experience a plus)
Comfortable with numbers — Excel/Google Sheets at minimum, dashboards a plus
An eye for what makes an ad creative work or not
Self-starter who can juggle multiple things without constant supervision
Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
