* Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta & Google
* Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
* Analyze results, build reports, and extract insights that matter
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on Meta & Google Ads
* Work closely on digital strategies for fast-growing D2C brands
* Deep dive into data using Google Analytics and ad platforms
Basically, you'll own performance, not just run ads.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
* Prior experience at a digital marketing/performance agency is a big plus
* Solid understanding of E-commerce / D2C business models
* Comfortable reading and analysing data on Google Analytics
* Proactive, self-driven, and curious by default
* Someone who keeps up with trends and knows how they impact business outcomes
