About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across Meta and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate combines strong platform expertise with a deep understanding of D2C consumer behaviour, creative strategy, funnel performance and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and optimization of Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage PMax, Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, Meta Sales and Retargeting campaigns.
• Drive growth across ROAS, CAC, revenue and new customer acquisition.
• Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across prospecting, consideration and conversion.
• Lead structured creative, audience, messaging and campaign testing.
• Partner with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing, insight-led creatives.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Manage budgets and scale campaigns while maintaining healthy unit economics.
• Build weekly performance reports and translate data into clear business recommendations.
• What We're Looking For
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience working with D2C / E-commerce brands; Beauty, Skincare or Personal Care experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, AOV and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with GA4, Google Merchant Center and conversion tracking is a plus.
