Job Description:

Job Role: Performance Marketing & App Growth Manager

Experience: 5-7 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing & App Growth professional with 5+ years of experience across CRM automation, app marketing, and paid performance channels. This role will own user acquisition, app growth, engagement, and retention, working closely with analytics, product, and tech teams to scale growth efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own CRM & marketing automation across Email, WhatsApp, and in-app journeys.
• Drive app growth marketing across installs, engagement, re-engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, PMax, Programmatic, and Affiliates.
• Manage app attribution and performance tracking using tools like Apps Flyer.
• Monitor CAC, CR, ROI, and funnel metrics; optimize spends and scale efficiently.
• Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, tech, and creative teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Performance Marketing, CRM, and App Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, PMax, Programmatic, Affiliates.
• Strong understanding of app attribution, funnels, and lifecycle marekting.
• Experience with Email, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM automation tools.
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset.
