About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Performance Marketing & Video Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while also managing end-to-end video production for marketing campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, video shooting, editing, and content creation for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:

1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

2. Google Ads

3. YouTube Ads

4. LinkedIn Ads

Create and manage:

1. Lead Generation Campaigns

2. Traffic Campaigns

3. Conversion Campaigns

4. Remarketing Campaigns

5. Develop full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversions.

Conduct:

1. Audience Research

2. Competitor Analysis

3. Keyword Research

4. Market Research

Optimize campaign performance based on:

1. CPL

2. CPC

3. CPA

4. CTR

5. ROAS

Perform A/B testing on:

1. Ad Creatives

2. Headlines

3. Audience Segments

4. Landing Pages

5. CTA Buttons

6. Bidding Strategies

7. Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies.

8. Monitor daily campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Implement and manage:

1. Meta Pixel

2. Conversion API

3. Google Analytics

4. Google Tag Manager

5. Conversion Tracking

6. Manage campaign budgets effectively for maximum ROI.

7. Stay updated with latest platform updates, trends, and policies.

Video Shoot & Editing

Plan and execute shoots for:

1. Brand Videos

2. Product Videos

3. Testimonials

4. Social Media Reels

5. Advertisement Creatives

Handle professional camera equipment:

1. DSLR Cameras

2. Mirrorless Cameras

3. Cinema Cameras

Set up:

1. Lighting

2. Audio Equipment

3. Shoot Environment

4. Direct on-screen talent and manage shoot schedules.

Edit videos using:

1. Adobe Premiere Pro

2. Final Cut Pro

3. DaVinci Resolve

Create short-form content for:

1. Instagram Reels

2. YouTube Shorts

3. TikTok

4. Meta Ads

5. Repurpose long-form content into multiple ad creatives.

6. Organize and maintain media assets and project files.

7. Work closely with the marketing team to create high-performing video ads.

Required Skills
