About the role

Set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Manage budgets, targeting, audiences and campaign objectives

Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversions

Optimize campaigns based on performance

Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives and ad copies

Set up and manage retargeting campaigns

Work with the content and creative teams to identify and test effective ad creatives

Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports

Analyse results and suggest ways to improve conversions and ROAS

Stay updated with changes and new features across Meta and Google Ads

What We're Looking For

30-4 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads

Must have independently created and managed campaigns on both platforms

Good understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce funnels

Comfortable working with numbers, budgets and analytics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to experiment and continuously optimize campaigns

E-commerce/D2C experience is preferred

Experience with jewelry, fashion, beauty or luxury brands is a plus
