This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Performance Marketing and Shopify Executive. The role involves creating and managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, managing and optimizing Shopify-based e-commerce operations, and ensuring smooth functionality of digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining strategies to improve online visibility, drive traffic, and achieve sales targets while maintaining the brand's online presence.

• Performance Marketing and Digital Advertising skills, including paid search, paid social media, and online ad platforms.
• Shopify platform management skills, including customization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of e-commerce stores.
• Experience in analyzing data, interpreting performance metrics, and generating actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and digital growth strategies to maximize reach and revenue.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to independently handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and client-facing interactions.
• Knowledge of trends in e-commerce and digital marketing is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
