Job Description

Performance Marketing Lead – D2C

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience: 7–15+ Years

Industry Preference: D2C, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Consumer Brands

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel performance marketing strategies, optimizing marketing efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes across D2C and marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Own customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth
  • Build full-funnel marketing plans focused on maximizing ROAS, improving LTV ratios
  • Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and channels.

Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliate, Retargeting, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Drive continuous experimentation and performance improvement Improvet campaign efficiency by reducing CAC and increasing ROAS.

Good to have Marketplace Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies across Amazon etc.
  • Manage marketplace advertising investments, visibility assets, promotional calendars, and search performance.
  • Collaborate with marketplace account managers to maximize traffic, conversions, and sales.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, GTM, attribution, and data insights for decision-making.

Experience

  • 7–15+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Prior experience in D2C consumer brands is mandatory.
  • Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Consumer Brands preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale digital media budgets.
  • Marketplace experience across Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, Flipkart, or Myntra is highly desirable
