PERFORMANCE MARKETING ANALYST

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: USD 1,170 - 1,365/ month (Based on experience)

Expected Notice Period: 2 to 4 Weeks

Shift: IST Full Shift (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST)

Opportunity Type: Remote

Placement Type: Contractual

Contract Duration: Full-time, 6 months

Our Hiring Partner is Looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end campaign management on major paid channels like Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and Meta ads
  • Research and execute key aspects of the paid campaign such as audience research, account structure, etc
  • Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence
  • Execute bidding strategies across clients from various industry verticals, helping to create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives & KPIs
  • Devise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings into future campaign activities
  • Measure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, and what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics
  • Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables
  • Partner with other digital channels to align overall strategy and message
  • Responsible for managing marketing spend to ensure budgets are spent accordingly without under/over-delivery

This Role Requires:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ROI/performance-driven search engine marketing (SEM), Display, Facebook, and other ad platforms strategies and techniques
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns for large-scale local/regional clients, preferably across different industries
  • Sound experience with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer
  • Talent should be open to demonstrating their technical expertise in real-time for 1-2 weeks before signing a longer contract, it will be paid
  • Understanding of App install ads would be preferred
  • Hold expertise to accurately manage monthly allocated media budget
  • Strong abilities to prioritise work and deliver things on time
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & project management skills

Note

The shortlisted talents have to appear for 15-day paid Trials before getting a final confirmation on a 6-month full-time contract.

The major client communication will happen on the WhatsApp application.

The talent shift time will be 7.30 am to 4.30 pm IST OR 9.00 am to 6.00 pm IST.
