Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing & Market Place Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital and a strong background in e-commerce and marketplace management, particularly in the health and beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our brand's e-commerce website, ensuring it is always up-to-date with the latest product information, pricing, and promotions.

• Develop and implement strategies for driving traffic to the website and increasing conversion rates, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience and drives sales.

• Manage the brand's presence on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and others, ensuring all listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

• Analyze and report on website and marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and e-commerce, and implement best practices across all channels.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing and Business Administration

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace management, preferably in the health and beauty industry.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing and optimizing website content, including product pages, landing pages, and blog posts.

• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

• Experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and e-commerce.
