About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a Performance Marketer who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into real growth decisions.

You'll be part of a team that moves fast, experiments constantly, and builds systems that actually drive impact.

This is an on-site role in North Goa, where you'll work closely with the Founder and core team on real products with global potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Tracking performance across GA4 and Clarity.
• Running and optimising Meta ad campaigns.
• Identifying funnel drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Turning data into actionable insights and experiments.

Who You Are:

• You think data-first and have strong analytical skills.
• You've worked with Meta Ads, GA4, Microsoft Clarity and performance tracking.
• You can quickly spot patterns, leaks, and insights in funnels.
• You're comfortable using AI tools to optimise and scale campaigns.
