Role Description

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. This full-time, on-site role is located in the Mohali district. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns, conducting performance analysis, developing strategies to improve ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness. The role also involves staying up to date with industry trends and implementing innovative strategies to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels
• Strong skills in Analytics and Reporting tools, including Google Analytics and campaign performance dashboards
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B Testing techniques
• Proficient in Audience Segmentation, Targeting, and Retargeting strategies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other online traffic acquisition channels
• Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve measurable KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the marketing landscape in India and/or prior experience in the Mohali district is an advantage
