Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist who can think out of the box and execute high-ROI campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, campaign optimization, reporting, and scaling results.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on:
Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
LinkedIn Ads
Amazon Ads
Flipkart Ads
Develop strategies to generate quality leads at the lowest cost.
Create campaign funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows.
Campaign Management
End-to-end responsibility: planning, execution, optimization, and scaling.
Track daily campaign performance and adjust based on results.
A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audience segments, placements, landing pages.
Analytics & Reporting
Measure and report performance using:
Google Analytics
Meta/Google dashboards
Data Studio / Looker
Monitor CPI, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other KPIs.
Present weekly ROI-driven campaign reports.
Creative & Strategy Work
Collaborate with content, design, and video teams.
Develop ideas for ad creatives, hooks, and landing page messaging.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
14 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Proven success in:
Lead generation
E-commerce ads
Conversion-focused campaigns
Strong knowledge of:
Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ad platforms
Flipkart / Amazon Seller Central Ads
Excellent understanding of bid strategies, audiences, and remarketing.
Strong analytical and number-driven mindset.
Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
