Performance Marketer

Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, and display to meet defined performance goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad accounts, monitoring campaign metrics, running A/B tests, refining targeting and creatives, and preparing performance reports with insights and recommendations. The role also involves working with marketing automation tools, collaborating with content and design teams, and contributing to strategy for lead generation and conversion optimization, especially within the real estate domain. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with a combination of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in performance marketing, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and CRM integrations.
• Ability to work with data and analytics, including proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, tracking implementation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence or machine learning–driven tools used in ad optimization, audience segmentation, or marketing automation is an advantage.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, landing page best practices, and user journey mapping.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing priorities independently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
