Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Campaign Strategy & execution on Search engines like Google, Bing etc and social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc.
  • Responsible for understanding organizational goals.
  • Responsible for contributing ideas to grow the organization business
  • Proactively providing the marketing plans with the greatest amount of value- added communications
  • Reports would be in the form of tables, graphs, summaries, and slides, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
  • Conduct research and fact-finding for reports, presentations and articles.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various reporting tools day-to-day liaison with internal team members on Campaign developments.
  • Be able to clearly convey and explain search engine best practices to company.
  • Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences, logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers.

Required Skills

Proven experience in successful Paid Media delivery

Evidence of building out a strategy, as well as successful delivery of campaign

Superior knowledge of Paid Media tools and analytics platforms.

Prior experience of using Omniture/Google Analytics for data analysis is preferred.

Minimum 3 yrs of Hands-On experience in running marketing campaigns preferably on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.

Have a strong knowledge of digital marketing platform like Facebook ads, Google ads other PPC Channels, contextual ads, SEO

Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads and

Facebook Ads Manager,

  • Adept at using A/B testing and data analysis to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a must.
