We are looking for performance-driven growth professionals to own and scale our user acquisition engine across app channels. You will be responsible for driving key business metrics like Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins, while working at the intersection of data, creatives, and user understanding. This is not just a media buying role; it requires a deep understanding of the Bharat user persona, sharp creative intuition for devotional content, and the analytical rigor to scale high-intent transactions. You will work at the intersection of data and storytelling, collaborating closely with Category, Product, and Creative teams to serve millions on their digital devotional journeys.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale web and app marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance budgets, bidding, and optimization.
- Drive improvements in CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.
- Analyze performance deeply (beyond CTR/CPC) and identify growth opportunities.
- Run continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Collaborate with product, content, and category teams to improve conversion and scale.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing / growth (D2C / B2C).
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with Minimum monthly budget handled of 2cr+.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and funnels/dashboards.
Good To Have
- Experience in high-growth D2C / B2C startups.
- Exposure to large-scale budgets or high-traffic events.
- Understanding of attribution models and user lifecycle metrics.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Excel.
