Pentaics is looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team!

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Only

Salary: Up to 25,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality leads and maximize ROI/ROAS.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Implement SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO).
• Manage Google Business Profile (GMB), local SEO, posts, reviews, and listing optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Prepare performance reports and improve campaign results.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and analytics.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
