Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media platforms, lead generation, campaign analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate quality leads and maximize campaign performance while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and creatives.
- Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with real estate, e-commerce, healthcare, or service-based industries is preferred.
