Role Description
This is a full-time, remote work role for a Performance Marketer located in Raipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns of meta ads, optimizing ad budgets, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves managing performance across various platforms, conducting data analysis, tracking campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities to maximize ROI. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in marketing strategies is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- 2+ Yeara od Experience in Performance Advertising, including Meta Ads and other digital platforms
- Skills in analyzing data, tracking KPIs, and optimizing ad spending for ROI
- Expertise in Website Optimization, Sales Funnel Strategy, and Lead Generation
- Experience in Digital Marketing Strategy, Audience Targeting, and Campaign Performance Analysis
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop impactful advertising strategies
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Marketing & AI Automation is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar marketing or advertising role is advantageous
