Role Description The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions for KMA Global's real estate portfolio. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves planning and executing performance campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display advertising. The role includes setting up and tracking campaigns, managing ad budgets, monitoring key performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to develop compelling creatives, landing pages, and offers that align with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ongoing optimization to improve ROI and cost per lead.

Qualifications

• Strong performance marketing skills, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools, with the ability to work with data, define KPIs, interpret campaign metrics, and create clear performance reports.
• Experience in digital marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, funnel optimization, landing page performance, and lead generation.
• Ability to collaborate with content and design teams to develop effective ad copies, creatives, and marketing assets tailored to real estate audiences.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property consulting, or other high-value B2C/B2B services is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfort with on-site work in Gurgaon and willingness to coordinate closely with sales and consulting teams.
