Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving highly effective digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies, ensuring growth in brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales while maintaining the premium positioning of Kass in the marketplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & Advertising
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create and manage acquisition funnels to increase website traffic, maximize ROI, and achieve conversion goals.
- Strategize and implement organic & paid media campaigns, including PPC, retargeting, and display ads, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
- Drive performance on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa through advanced marketplace advertising strategies.
2. SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic for Kass website.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, content structuring, site speed, and UX enhancements.
- Drive off-page SEO efforts, including backlink strategies, guest posts, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement best practices to maintain top search rankings.
- Analyse SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
3. E-commerce Strategy & Growth
- Craft customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies tailored for a premium skincare brand.
- Analyse customer behaviour, including checkout patterns, to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the purchase journey.
- Continuously optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Propose and execute strategies to improve customer experience during and post-purchase, leveraging data insights.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and measure campaign and SEO performance, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports highlighting growth trends, keyword performance, ad efficiency, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use advanced analytics tools to track on-site user behaviour and conversion paths, enabling data-driven decision-making.
5. Strategic Planning
- Devise short- and long-term performance marketing strategies with well-defined KPIs for every platform.
- Plan and allocate budgets efficiently across digital channels to achieve maximum impact.
- Coordinate with creative and technical teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
6. Brand Positioning
- Ensure all campaigns align with Kass premium brand identity, maintaining a consistent tone and messaging.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad visuals, landing pages, and SEO-optimized content.
- Experiment with storytelling-led campaigns to establish an emotional connection with the target audience.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities within the premium skincare industry.
- Conduct regular market analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
8. Collaboration & Team Coordination
- Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and web development teams for flawless execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with external support teams for high-quality content delivery.
- Ensure social media activities are synchronized with SEO and performance marketing efforts for a cohesive brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce or D2C brands.
Proven expertise in managing digital marketing for premium or luxury brands.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads.
Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of campaign metrics, SEO analytics, user behaviour, and A/B testing.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and HubSpot.
MBA from a recognized institute is a must.
Creative thinking with a solid understanding of customer psychology and storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
