We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Indore | Work from Office

Experience: 2–3 Months must required

Stipend: 4,000 – 8,000 per month

Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in learning how paid marketing works for D2C brands and wants hands-on exposure to real campaigns, data, creatives, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube Ads
Support the team in campaign planning, audience research, targeting, and optimization
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS & conversions
Assist in analyzing campaign data and identifying performance trends
Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy requirements
Help maintain campaign reports and performance sheets
Assist in tracking daily and weekly campaign performance
Research competitors, audiences, and current paid marketing trends
Learn how to optimize campaigns based on data and business objectives
Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms

Requirements

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and willingness to learn
Interest in working with D2C brands and paid advertising
Candidates with relevant courses, certifications, or practical project experience are welcome
