About the Role
We are looking for a strong Performance Marketer who can own paid advertising and lead generation campaigns for healthcare and edtech programs. The candidate should have experience generating qualified leads for courses, admissions, training programs, healthcare services, or career-focused education products.
This role requires a data-driven marketer who understands the complete funnel: awareness → lead generation → nurturing → admissions/conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads for healthcare and edtech courses targeting students, parents, graduates, and healthcare professionals.
- Build campaign funnels for NEET-related courses, medical career programs, skill courses, and doctor-led learning initiatives.
- Create audience segments based on age, location, interest, education level, career intent, and retargeting behavior.
- Coordinate with landing page, creative, copywriting, and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rate, and admissions performance.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, lead forms, and audience segments.
- Set up pixels, conversion tracking, events, UTMs, and performance dashboards.
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation for edtech, healthcare, coaching, admissions, skill training, or professional courses.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets with clear ROI accountability.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work closely with sales/admissions teams and optimize campaigns based on lead feedback.
- Good understanding of landing pages, CRM tracking, and campaign analytics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NEET, healthcare education, medical courses, paramedical, nursing, allied health, or doctor-focused programs.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Events Manager, Google Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to create full-funnel campaign plans, not just run ads.
