I run a handcrafted slow fashion label rooted in traditional Indian techniques and contemporary global silhouettes. We've been stocked by premium multi-designer stores and platforms — and now it's time to grow our direct sales via our website and Etsy.

We already have a creative content and social media team in place. Now, we're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer / Sales Strategist to partner with us on conversions and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SEO, social media marketing and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

What you'll be responsible for:

• Driving high-intent traffic via paid + organic strategies
• Optimizing Etsy and website listings for better conversions
• Collaborating with the content team to turn traffic into sales
• Setting up small but strategic Meta + Google campaigns
• Testing and scaling based on ROAS and insights
