Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Saket. The Performance Marketer will manage data-driven advertising campaigns, optimize digital channels, and track performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include executing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media ads. The role also involves conducting A/B testing to improve marketing performance and identifying trends and insights to inform strategy improvements.

--Location: Saket, New Delhi (Onsite)

--Timing: 10am- 7pm

--Experience: Minimum 1.5yrs

*Immediate Joiners preferred

*Travel Industry Experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage paid ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Plan and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
• Track campaign performance, ROAS, CPC, CPL, and other metrics
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives

Requirements:

• Prior experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Experience in campaign optimization and budget management
