Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Performance Marketer specializing in Google and Meta (Facebook) Ads. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to drive growth and engagement. The role involves daily tasks such as analyzing performance data, developing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, and leveraging insights to drive target metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools
• Proficiency in developing and executing performance marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices
