Performance Marketer (Google Ads)

Location : Kochi, Kerala(On-site)

Lascade is a fast-growing mobile app studio building a diverse portfolio of subscription-based apps across health, travel, utilities, and education. We are seeking a Performance Marketer (Google Ads) to help us make better business decisions based on our marketing data. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Your primary responsibilities will be maintaining the Google Ad accounts of our company and analyzing the results to identify patterns and trends that can help us improve the efficiency and usability of our products and services. You will also be expected to improve our Google Ads accounts and maximize the return on our investment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns
• Create, analyze and optimize ad campaigns
• Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
• Develop, analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and strategies
• Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices

Machine Test :

Develop a completeGoogle Ads Search campaignplan for our flight booking website,Flights70.com, withROAS (Return on Ad Spend)as the primary optimization goal. Your campaign must focus specifically on theUnited States market. Your proposal should include everything required to set up and launch the campaign successfully both strategically and operationally.

• Campaign & Ad Group structure based on search intent
• Full keyword research with match types and negatives
• Ad creative aligned with user intent

• Post-launch optimization strategy
