This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat for a Performance Marketer specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, ensuring high ROI and campaign effectiveness. They will analyze data, perform A/B testing, create targeted strategies, and collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Regular reporting and insights will be required to track performance and guide future strategies.

• Proficiency in Google Ads including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting, optimization, and ad creation
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and conduct A/B testing
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends
• Experience with budgeting and performance maximization within allocated marketing spend
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and technical teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and other advertising platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus
