Role Description

This temporary hybrid Performance Marketer role is based in Patna, with some flexibility for remote work. The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, create data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, and monitor ROI for marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include audience targeting, campaign analysis, tracking key performance metrics, and refining strategies to ensure effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
• Knowledge of Meta & Google Ads .
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights
• Experience in Review & Rating Management and Audience Growth Strategy
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in marketing roles, particularly in performance marketing, is an advantage
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
• Ability to work effectively in both collaborative and independent settings
