Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who has hands-on experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms with a strong focus on lead generation (non-ecommerce). The ideal candidate has worked with education, training, or service-based businesses, understands CPL/CPC optimization, and is updated with the latest AI tools and automation used in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation across:

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

LinkedIn Ads (preferred)

Drive high-quality leads at an optimized CPC/CPL

Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels

Monitor daily performance metrics and scale winning campaigns

Strategy & Optimization

Build and manage full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Lead)

Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights

Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to improve lead quality

Implement A/B testing for ads, copies, creatives, and landing pages

AI & Automation

Use AI-powered tools for:

Ad copy generation & creative ideation

Audience targeting & performance prediction

Campaign optimization & reporting

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-driven performance marketing

Experiment with tools like:

AI ad creatives & copy tools

Automation rules

Smart bidding & predictive analytics
